Clutch is on a mission to build a global community for racket sports players — powered by an AI camera infrastructure that lets players relive their best moments on court and track their progress through game analysis.
Our initial focus is padel, the fastest-growing sport in the world. Over the past year, we’ve designed and built our own camera, the Clutch Cam. In January 2025, we began our initial rollout in partnership with high-level clubs and investors. Today, Clutch is already operating in 25+ countries.
We’re a small, ambitious team with backgrounds ranging from PhDs at top universities to senior roles at leading tech companies and professional racket sports. We work remotely across the US, Europe, and Asia, and get together a few times a year to co-work.

We’re hiring a Head of Growth to own how Clutch grows — end to end.
This is an early-stage role. There is no existing growth machine to “optimize.” The job is to help figure out what actually drives growth at Clutch, then turn that into something repeatable.

This is not a role for managing a large team or running channel checklists. It’s about building clarity, testing ideas, and focusing on what actually moves the business.
