In order to ensure optimal AI performance follow the guidelines below

Video resolution
The resolution of your recording should be either 720p or 1080p and the video frame rate should be between 25 or 30 FPS.
Record from a high point behind the court
- The recording angle should be at least above net height (155cm), but the higher you can get the camera the better.
- If you have stands available behind the court, then we recommend using them for the recording to get a more elevated recording angle.
- If you don’t have stands available, then we recommend recording from behind the sideline in order to minimize the occlusion between players.

Record from a fixed and static angle
- The AI will not process handheld recordings or TV-produced matches that have changing camera angles, zoom ins, replays, etc.
- If your facility has less than 4 meters between the backline of the court and the wall, then we recommend using a wall mount for your camera setup. This will ensure that you get the full court in view.
- For facilities that have less than 3 meters between the backline of the court and the wall, we recommend zooming out to get the full court in view (between 0.7x-0.9x depending on the space you have).
- If your facility has more than 4 meters between the backline of the court and the wall, then you can either use a tripod or a wall mount.
