About us

Clutch is on a mission to build a global community for racket sports players — powered by an AI camera infrastructure that helps players re-live their best moments on court and track their progress with game analysis.

Our initial focus is padel, the fastest growing sport in the world. We’ve spent the past year designing and building our own camera, the Clutch Cam. In January 2025, we started our initial roll-out of the Clutch Cam in partnership with several high-level clubs and investors. We already have a global footprint, operating in 20+ countries.

We’re a small and ambitious team working remotely between Spain, the US, the UK, Malaysia and Singapore. We do in-person meetups around the world once a quarter.

About the role

We’re looking for a growth marketer with a creative mindset and ownership mentality. You have experience launching consumer products from 0 to 1, ideally in the fitness/sports/game tech space. You’ll own the marketing strategy and implementation — scaling the Clutch Cam to thousands of courts and millions of athletes.

You’ll build a strategy for how to maximize our reach with both padel clubs and padel players. You'll be in charge of developing and executing a content strategy, including building Clutch’s own social media channels. You'll work with the rest of the team to design and implement scalable growth loops at different stages of the product and user journeys.

We’re looking for someone who thrives in fast-paced, zero-to-one environments and is deeply motivated by both product and community building.
