About us

Clutch is on a mission to build a global community for racket sports players — powered by an AI camera infrastructure that lets players relive their best moments on court and track their progress through game analysis.

Our initial focus is padel, the fastest-growing sport in the world. Over the past year, we’ve designed and built our own camera, the Clutch Cam. In January 2025, we began our initial rollout in partnership with high-level clubs and investors. Today, Clutch is already operating in 25+ countries.

We’re a small, ambitious team with backgrounds ranging from PhDs at top universities to senior roles at leading tech companies and professional racket sports. We work remotely across the US, Europe, and Asia, and get together a few times a year to co-work.

About the role

We’re looking for a Head of Growth to own how Clutch grows — across marketing, product-led growth, and community.

This is a hands-on role. You’ll build and run our growth engine end to end: messaging, content, copy, distribution, campaigns, and experiments. You’ll own and develop Clutch’s social presence, help define how we show up publicly, and turn the product itself into a growth channel.

Growth at Clutch is both creative and analytical. We expect you to be deeply data-driven — comfortable defining metrics, running experiments, and learning from real usage — while also writing strong copy and creating content that resonates with clubs and players.

You’ll work closely with product and design to build scalable, product-led growth loops across onboarding, sharing, and retention. You’ll also be expected to actively use modern AI tools to move faster: automating workflows, building lightweight systems or agents, and scaling what works.

We’re early-stage, so this role is about ownership and execution, not managing a large team. You’ll be judged on what compounds over time, not on channel checklists.
